Terms of Service

By using geinvestigator.com or opening a case with GEInvestigator, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

Engagement

Submitting a case intake is not a binding engagement. A formal engagement is created only when both parties sign a written agreement after the forensic feasibility review.

Fees

Intake and feasibility review are provided at no charge. Active-case fees are contingency-based and disclosed in writing before any active work begins. We do not collect upfront retainers.

Client obligations

You agree to provide accurate information at intake. False or misleading information may result in case termination and forfeit of any recovered funds in escrow.

Confidentiality

We treat client case data as confidential. We may publish non-identifying broker-level information in the Subjects of Inquiry ledger as part of our public-deterrence mission.

Liability

Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the fees actually paid by you to GEInvestigator. We are not liable for losses caused by third parties, regulatory actions, or chain-forensic limitations beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes resolved in Kern County courts.
