FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common case questions.

Honest answers. No upsell.

Do you guarantee recovery?

No. Anyone guaranteeing crypto recovery is running a secondary scam. We provide forensic chain trace and pursue recovery where a counterparty channel exists. Some cases recover fully; many recover partially; some don’t recover at all. We tell you up front based on the trace.

What does it cost?

Intake and feasibility review are free. If we open an active case, fees are contingency-based on funds returned. No upfront retainer. Final fee schedule is sent in writing before any work begins.

How fast can you recover funds?

Trace reports usually within 48-72 hours. Recovery itself depends on the counterparty — exchange-level reversals can resolve in days; cross-jurisdiction civil claims take weeks to months. We give a realistic window after the trace.

What information do you need from me?

Your statement, wallet addresses you sent funds from, transaction hashes, the broker / platform involved, and any communications you have. The more evidence, the stronger the trace.

Is my data secure?

All intake is encrypted in transit. Case data is stored under a unique GEI-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX identifier. We never publish case details. The Subjects-of-Inquiry ledger only contains broker-level information, never claimant data.

Where are you located?

Our case bureau is at 625 34th St, Bakersfield, CA 93301. We coordinate with field investigators across the US and partner counsel in EU and APAC jurisdictions.

Can you recover funds sent to a mixer?

Sometimes. Mixers obscure but rarely fully break the trail — modern chain-forensic tooling defeats most mixing patterns. We tell you the probability based on the trace.

What if my broker isn’t on your list?

Open a case. We add new subjects to the Subjects-of-Inquiry ledger as we investigate them. Most “new” brokers are rebrands of platforms we already know.
